Known Side Effects
  • Polyuria (excessive urination)
  • Water poisoning, which occurs when someone drinks more water than required. This can result in hyponatremia (low salt levels), which can be life-threatening.
Consult a Doctor Before Starting If You Are:

  • People on diuretics
  • People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Anyone with a condition requiring fluid restriction

When to Seek Care
