What We Do

Why This Work Matters

Cardiometabolic disease is a growing, preventable burden

Overweight and obesity, hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia are major contributors to disability and death worldwide — and a significant share of that burden is preventable through accessible, evidence-informed lifestyle practice, community education, and early intervention.

Understanding Water Therapy

What is Japanese Water Therapy?

JWT is one specific practice within a broader family of water-based therapies, including Hydrotherapy, Balneotherapy, and Aqua Therapy. Understanding what distinguishes it — and what it does and doesn't claim to do — is the starting point for everything else on this site.

Stories

From the community

Real participant and community stories, shared with consent.

“Before Japanese Water Therapy, I could barely manage 1 to 2 sachets of water a day - I'd often forget to drink altogether. My urine was dark yellow and infrequent, only 2 to 3 times a day. After starting the therapy, I built up to 10 to 11 sachets a day, and now my urine is clearer and I go 5 to 6 times a day.”

“When I started, I dealt with headaches, severe ulcer pain, mood swings, and painful menstrual cramps. By around the 3-month mark, those symptoms had eased significantly, and my skin - which used to be rough - became noticeably clearer. I'm now in my 8th month and still going.”

“The first few days were hard - I had stomach pain and felt like vomiting after drinking the water. But after about a week, my body adjusted. Looking back, I'd recommend Japanese Water Therapy to anyone willing to give it an honest try - I've seen real changes in my energy, digestion, and overall health.”
